Refund Policy
Last updated: November 7, 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Use and repeats what they say about payments, cancellation and refunds.
Seller. Paid plans and Checkpoints are sold through our payment partner, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates), which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, tax and invoicing under its own buyer terms. Prices are shown before you pay and may include or add applicable taxes.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Plans & billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice; the change applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before it does.
Plus Trial. The Innatora Plus Trial needs no payment details, is limited to one per person and household, and ends automatically on the date shown. Nothing is charged when it ends: the account returns to Innatora Free, Plus features pause, and nothing saved is deleted. We may change or end trial offers at any time.
Refunds. Payments are non-refundable once access has started, and we don't give credits for partial periods, unused features or price differences. We refund a duplicate charge, a purchase you paid for but never received that we can't fix, and anything required by law or by Paddle's buyer terms; write to support@innatora.com within 30 days of the charge. Where you have a legal right to cancel a purchase, by completing checkout you ask for access to start immediately and accept that you lose that right once it starts, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits any right to cancel or get a refund that you have under consumer law where you live.
Refunds and chargebacks. A refunded or charged-back payment ends the Plus access or Checkpoint report it paid for. We may suspend accounts with disputed payments and may refuse further purchases from anyone who abuses refunds or chargebacks.
Checkpoint credits unlock one Checkpoint report each, have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and may be subject to an expiry date shown when they are issued.
